AxlePower: Self-charging trailer refrigeration

A collaboration between Thermo King and BPW, AxlePower is a trailer solution that combines a BPW ePower axle with Thermo King’s Energ-e Pack and Smart Power Management. 

The system as a whole recovers energy from driving and braking, and stores it in the Energ-e Pack battery to power the refrigeration unit.
