Thermo King Introduces Trailer Assist Premium, Vehicle Data Monitoring Solution for Trailers
Thermo King Trailer Assist Premium is a next step in data monitoring solutions for refrigerated trailers combining cooling unitās and trailer data within one telematics platform.
Brussels, Jul. 10, 2024 ā Thermo KingĀ®, a leader in transport temperature control solutions and a brand of Trane Technologies (NYSE: TT), introduces Trailer Assist Premium, the latest feature within the Thermo King Connected Solutions TracKing™ offering. Customers will now benefit from complete insights into the refrigerated trailerās data including vehicle-related information like EBS[1], odometer, axle-load and TPMS[2], all easily accessible via the TracKing™ platform.
Thanks to the integration of trailer and cooling unitsā data, Trailer Assist Premium will allow fleet managers to have a comprehensive view of their fleetās performance and further optimise their trailersā uptime, maintenance and fuel efficiency for a more sustainable transport.

The new Thermo King Trailer Assist Premium service captures a myriad of operational and maintenance data extending the value provided by the TracKing application. From a single system, personal computer or mobile app, customers will now be able to access trailer and reefer data including:
- Operational data like tyre pressure and temperature (TPMS data), electronic braking system (EBS), trailer load, odometer, coupled/non-coupled ratios, trailer VIN, insufficient voltage supply alarms, brake lining and tyre pressure alerts and more.
- Maintenance data like status of brake lining and tyre performance per wheel, depending on sensor availability.
